Her strength lies in helping people move ideas into action — creating organized systems, collaborative environments, and meaningful experiences that strengthen organizations and communities.

With a natural ability to connect people and manage moving parts, Casey specializes in facilitation support, project management, event coordination, and executive support. She is known for bringing calm, structure, adaptability, and positive energy to complex projects and fast-paced environments.

Casey’s passion for building strong communities inspired her to establish Mama Bear Mafia, an organization dedicated to supporting mothers, women, and families. Through grassroots organizing, collaborative events, and community initiatives, she created spaces that foster connection, support local businesses, and strengthen relationships within the community.

Her leadership background includes experience in operations, team coordination, business development, promotions, event planning, and organizational support. Casey has successfully managed projects ranging from community events and fundraisers to collaborative initiatives requiring coordination between multiple partners and stakeholders.

An entrepreneur at heart, Casey thrives in roles that require adaptability, relationship building, communication, organization, and problem-solving. Whether coordinating logistics, supporting leadership teams, facilitating conversations, or managing events, she is committed to helping projects run smoothly and successfully.

Casey holds a BA in International Business and Marketing and has served on the board of the Kauai Chamber of Commerce, where she helped develop and launch the organization’s first sponsorship program.
